Logo Projects

Sometimes it's a company that is just starting out and needs a logo package, other times it's an existing brand looking for a new look – either way, we put in a lot of research and consideration to each logo we produce.

CROCKETT DOG PARK is a 1.25 acre small "off-leash" dog park located in old east Dallas. This is a unique smaller facility which is within walking distance of many residential areas in old East Dallas.

LOGO STRATEGY
Modernity with a sense of elevated liveliness were key – the mark being a single stroke gave us an opportunity to use playful looping and intertwining outlined shapes. Our "character" with one ear down and one ear up shows more of a sense of activity and movement, and the use of very few filled shapes creates a sense of openness and space. The typography is a condensed modern with a softer edge to give this particular park an identity separate from the standard Dallas Park signage. 

MARTINEZ DESIGN INSTALLATION is a full-service art handling and design installation studio servicing both residential and commercial spaces.

LOGO STRATEGY
In bold black and white, this mark reinforces the design installation services provided by the company by highlighting the word "art" within the company name itself. When you're tasked with trusting valuable artworks, complete trust in the quality of service is important, so the design of this mark needed to inspire strength and stability to create a baseline trust with customers. 

BLUEJAY INTERIORS is a full-service Houston based interior design firm specializing in residential new construction and remodels.

LOGO STRATEGY
As a smaller design firm based on a friendship turned business partnership, this mark needed to have the professionalism of a traditional logo while also having an easiness and flow about it that felt more personalized to the customer. We liked the idea of this being primarily a wordmark, so we experimented with hand-designed typography to create a one-of-a-kind mark. The icons would be additional and optional as brand reinforcement.

DENVER ASIAN COLLECTIVE is an organization for the Asian American community in Denver and the surrounding area. The organization aims to advocate for Asian Americans by promoting solidarity, building bridges, and creating safe spaces.

LOGO STRATEGY
Based on keywords we worked with the group to narrow down, we determined this mark's most important jobs would be to show stability and foster a sense of community and connection. Our inspiration for the mark came from museums that have become homes to showcase so many culturally significant pieces and collections in a modern and respectful way and include the spectators in that experience. We simplified the representation of each letter form from the acronym into overlapping objects connecting with one another with a stable base and softer, rounded edges. The colors drawing heavily from different variations on greens give a wide spectrum for end-use while maintaining the connection with the color family to represent the idea of growth of the organization and community.
